The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition inter alia with the following prayer:- "(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 & 3 to consider the application of the petitioner dated 03.01.2025 (Annexure No. 4 to the present writ petition) take appropriate action against the respondent no. 5 in respect to the illegality and irregularity in distribution of items of fair price shop." 2. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the instructions received under the signatures of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Baheri, District Bareilly dated 02.04.2025 is placed before this Court, the same is taken on record. 3. Alongwith the instructions the decision taken on the complaint dated 01.03.2025 is also placed before this Court. Copy of the same has also been provided to the counsel for the petitioner. 4. After going through the same, it is clear that relief sought has already been granted to the petitioner, therefore, no further orders are required to be passed. 5. In this view of the matter, the present petition has now become infructuous and is liable to be dismissed. 6. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
