Arjun Chowdhary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 to 4. 2. In compliance with the Order of this Court dated 24.01.2025, Smt. M. Bhargavi, Tahsildar (Respondent No.4) is personally present. She has presented the photographs indicating that the Endorsement was pasted in the field. It is also stated that when once the Endorsement is passed and uploaded online, which has been done on 05.11.2024 in this case, by default, an automatic generated message is also sent to the mobile of the Applicant. The photographs showing the pasting of the Endorsement on the field has the time and date recorded. 3. In this view of the matter, this Court deems that there was sufficient knowledge with regard to the issuance of Endorsement dated 05.11.2024 and that the Writ Petitioner has approached this Court with unclean hands by not disclosing these facts. This Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. 4.
