1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. Perused the impugned order.
3. The impugned order is a reasoned order and the objections of the petitioner- judgment debtor have been considered and rejected by giving valid reasons. Also, the order passed by the Executing Court is to deposit the amount and not to disburse the same and it does not prejudice the petitioner in any manner.
4. Therefore, we see no reason to interfere with the impugned order.
5. The C.M.P. is, accordingly, dismissed with a cost of Rs. 50,000/- to be paid to the opposite party by the petitioner.
