Learned State counsel submits that in view of different judgments of this Court including CWP-4829-2011 titled as ‘SI Pardeep Singh and Ors. Vs. State of Punjab and Ors.’ dated 16.12.2014, the seniority of all the police officials of different cadres was refixed. The grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. 4.
