Gogoi, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. Mr. B. Gogoi, the learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondents. 2. The petitioner herein is aggrieved by the non-issuance of the Site Visit Certificate which is required in terms with Clause 6 (f) of the Detailed Notice Inviting Tender. 3. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner had visited the site pertaining to the work, namely, “Improvement and Upgradation of Gohpur-Kamdewal-Hawajan Road under Asom Mala 3.0 for the year 2025-26”. 4. Mr. B. Gogoi, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the respondent No.3 has no objection in providing the certificate provided the photograph with geo-tag wherein the representative of the petitioner is being shown present in the site in question. 5. Ms. N. Gogoi, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would submit a fresh application by tomorrow along with the photograph evidencing Page No.# 3/3 that the representatives of the petitioner has duly visited the site in question. 6. Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition stands disposed of thereby granting liberty to the petitioner to submit an application before the respondent No.3 along with a photograph containing the geo-tag location wherein a representative of the petitioner is being shown as to be present in the site, and upon such application being submitted, the respondent No.3 shall forthwith provide the Site Visit Certificate, so that the petitioner is in a position to submit the bid. 7.
