It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that at the time of dictation in the Court, the direction to remit the statutory amount to the learned Tribunal is to be paid to the claimants and to be adjusted against the final compensation amount was passed. The same however does not reflects in the order. Under the circumstances, learned counsel on behalf of the claimants does not dispute the submission made. In this view of matter, the statutory amount already deposited by the appellant-Insurance Company at the time of filing of the appeal be remitted to the learned Tribunal for being paid to the claimants and to be adjusted against the final compensation amount.
