Pursuant to the order dated 13.01.2025, the victim appeared before the court along with her mother through virtual mode from the concerned DLSA and submits that they have no objection in granting bail to the applicant. 2. Their submission is taken on record. 3. After arguing for sometime, the counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of repeat bail application with liberty to revive the same after examination of father and grandmother of the victim. 4. The prayer made by the counsel for the applicant is not opposed by the State counsel. 5.
