The petitioner has approached this Court being aggrieved by the manner in which the investigation was progressing in connection with Krishnaganj PS Case No. 139 of 2025 dated 30.03.2025.
Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that during investigation, one accused has been taken into custody, statement of the witnesses both under Section 180 of the BNSS and Section 183 of the BNSS has been recorded.
Learned advocate for the State submits that the investigation is
progressing, effective steps have been taken by the investigating authority and there are efforts to take the investigation to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.
Having regard to the subsequent steps taken by the investigating agency, at this stage, I am of the opinion that there is no scope to interfere with the prayers advanced in the writ petition.
With the aforesaid observations, WPA 13167 of 2025 is disposed of.
