2. Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for appearing for Mrs. Sangeet informs that the tenure of the respondent No.4, who had contested the election from Gram Panchayat, Mhasve, Taluka Parola, District Jalgaon, has expired as she has completed 5 years on the said post.
