Rahman, learned counsel for the petitioner and also heard Mr. K. Baishya, learned Addl. P.P for the State. 2. This application has been filed under Section 483 BNSS, seeking bail of the petitioner, namely, Salim Ahmed @ Salim Uddin, who was arrested on 27.06.2025 in connection with Sessions Case No. 120/2016, corresponding Page No.# 2/2 to Badarpur P.S. case No. 488/2015 under Sections 364(A)/399/511 of IPC. 3. It appears from the TCR that the petitioner has been present or absent with steps in the aforesaid case since the year 2015. But, it is only on 16.12.2024 that he remained absent without step whereupon NBWA was issued against him pursuant to which he was arrested and remanded to custody and his subsequent prayers for bail were also rejected by the learned Court below. 4. It is submitted that the petitioner due to the pregnancy of his wife and miscommunication with his counsel defaulted on one day because of which he had to suffer incarceration for more than 100 days till now, although the case is pending due to the abscondence of another co-accused namely, Ashik Ali. 5. Having regard to the above, it is provided that the petitioner named above, shall be released on bail of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, (FTC), Sribhumi in connection with the aforesaid case . 6. It is further provided that the petitioner shall regularly appear before the learned trial Court. 7. Petition stands disposed of accordingly. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
