Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is anomaly with respect to the petitioner regarding his pay-scale, for which, he has filed a representation/application to the Director, Social Welfare Department way back on 27.06.2023 which is pending till date. As such, he is seeking limited prayer that the respondent authorities may kindly be directed to decide his pending representation filed on 27.06.2023 within a stipulated time. 3. Learned State counsel is having no objection with the limited prayer made by the petitioner for deciding the representation and submits that in case the petitioner approaches before the authorities concerned along with this order and the extra copies of application along with all the documents, the representation would be considered by the respondent authorities. 4.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that there is anomaly with regard to the pay- scale of the petitioner as submitted by the petitioner, this Court hereby direct the respondent authorities to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner along with all the documents
3 and, in case, if there is any anomaly in the pay-scale of the petitioner, then the same shall be rectified forthwith while giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is hereby disposed off. sd/- (Amitendra Kishore Prasad) Judge Vishakha
