1. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition claiming the following reliefs:
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ/order/direction commanding the respondent authorities to release the admissible retiral dues to the petitioner, i.e. Gratuity, Leave Surrender/Encashment, Family Benefit Fund, GIS (Group Insurance Scheme) and others retiral dues, if any, in a time bound manner, by taking appropriate steps as required, in the facts and circumstances of the present case. 10.2 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be passed in favour of the petitioner together with cost of the petition.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has retired from his service on 31.01.2025 whereas his admissible retiral dues have been withheld with respect to the Gratuity, Leave Encashment, Family Benefit and GIS (Group Insurance Scheme) and petitioner has moved his
3 representation to the respondent No. 7 on 21.05.2025 but till date his representation has not been decided and the admissible dues has not been paid to the petitioner. He would confine his prayer only to the extent that the authorities concerned may be directed to consider the pending representation of the petitioner dated 21.05.2025 within stipulated period in accordance with law.

Learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents have no objection if such a direction is being made to consider the pending representation of the petitioner within stipulated period.

On due the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and further the nature of dispute and also under the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent No. 7 is directed to consider the pending representation of the petitioner dated 21.05.2025 (Annexure P/9) within further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law on its own merits.
5. The petitioner is directed to produce copy of this order to the respondent No.7 within a week from today.
6. With the aforesaid observation, the present writ petition is disposed of.
