JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 10-04-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. 2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 303(2), 318(2), 318(4), 338, 319(2), 336(2), 340(2), 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and sections 66, 66B, 66C and 66D of the IT Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, five mobile phone of different companies were recovered from the house of the petitioner and he has been suspected to be involved in cyber fraud. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion. The house is joint family house. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18075 of 2025(2) dt.10-04-2025 2/2 5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that the witnesses have also supported the prosecution case during investigation. 6.
