This is an application filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner, namely, Salim Uddin Mazumder, has Page No.# 2/2 prayed for granting pre-arrest bail, apprehending arrest in connection with Hailakandi P.S. Case No. 124/2025 under Section 306/3(5)of BNS, 2023. 3. As per the FIR, the two accused persons namely, Sri Dhani Kumar Chakma and Maymul Hussain Mazumder were caught red handed while stealing reinforcement steel from a construction project of the informant and it is revealed from the case diary that there is incriminating material with regard to the alleged offence for which their custodial interrogation may be necessary. 4. Therefore, this is not a fit case for grant of pre-arrest bail. 5. Accordingly, the prayer for pre-arrest bail is rejected at this stage. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
