1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:
“10.1. That, Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the impugned communication dated 30.06.2022 (Annexure P/1). 10.2 That, Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider the application of the petitioner for allotment of land at Industrial Area, Gangapur Khurd,
2 Ambikapur. 10.3 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper may also be passed in favour of the petitioner together with cost of the petition.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner made an application before the concerned respondent-authority regarding allotment of land for set-up of Micro Manufacturing Enterprise at Industrial Area, Gangapur Khurd, Ambikapur for his son namely Aagrah Kumar Gupta. Petitioner has successfully fill-up the CSIDC land allotment application, thereafter, respondent-authorities sent an e-mail to the petitioner regarding deficiency of the documents on 25.03.2022, to which, petitioner has processed the said deficiency and uploaded the same. However, vide e-mail dated 30.06.2022 (Annexure P-1), respondent-authority has rejected the application of the petitioner stating therein that son of petitioner is like unsound mind as he submitted wrong information. Against said rejection, petitioner has submitted the representations (Annexure P-4, colly) before respondent No.2, but till date same are pending for consideration. Learned Counsel further contended that respondent Nos.2 & 3/CSIDC in para 12 of their reply have accepted that on the basis of those representations and in light of the facts and circumstances in the matter at hand, vide order dated 08/07/2022, the CGM-Chief General Manager vis-à-vis CSIDC had deemed fit and has stayed the allotment of land in dispute till further orders and adjudication, copy of order dated 08/07/2022 is annexed as Annexure R-2/3. Hence, a direction be issued to the concerned authority of the CSIDC to consider and decide the pending
3 representations of the petitioner (Annexure P-4, colly) in accordance with law within an stipulated time framed. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that they are having no objection to the limited prayed made by counsel for the petitioner with regard to early disposal of the pending representations. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. Relevant portion of order dated 08.07.2022 (Annexure R-2/3) reads as under:

6. Considering facts of the case, submissions of counsel for the parties, without commenting anything on merits of the case, this writ petition is
disposed of at this stage directing the concerned authority of the CSIDC to consider and decide the pending representations of the petitioner (Annexure P-4, colly) as per relevant rules/law/regulation preferably within an outer limit of ‘90 days’ from the date of receipt of copy of this
order.
