JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR MEDHI ORDER 13.12.2025 This is an appeal filed by the claimant-appellant against the Award dated 09.06.2025 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Bongaigaon (for short MACT, Bongaigaon) in MAC Case No. 244/2022. Page No.# 2/2 Kuddush Ali along with his learned counsel, Shri M Khan are present today i.e., 13.12.2025 in the National Lok Adalat. It is submitted that the earlier Award has already been paid and withdrawn. The parties present jointly submit that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and an additional lump sum amount Rs. 2,50,000/- as full and final settlement has been agreed upon. In view of the above, the appeal stands closed with a direction that the Insurance Company shall deposit the aforesaid additional amount of Rs. 2,50,000/- being the full and final payment directly to the bank account, being A/C No.000925221000354 and IFC Code No. NESF 0000009 maintained by the appellant with the North East Small Finance Bank, Bongaigaon Branch within a period of 45 days from today. The MAC appeal accordingly stands disposed of. Send back the LCRs, if any.
