Tiwari, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. The petitioner by means of the present writ petition has prayed for the following relief:- "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to evaluate the answer book f subject of Pharmacology of the petitioner of final year of Annual System Examination, 2024 for securing the future of the petitioner. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction which may be deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. iii. Award cost of the petition throughout in favour of the petitioner." 3. This Court on 21.03.2025 passed the following order:- "Sri R.P. Tiwari, learned Standing Counsel is directed to get an expert opinion upon the answers given by the petitioner in the answer book of Pharmacology Subject in the Final Year of Annual System Examination-2024 and place the same before this Court in a sealed cover on the next date fixed. Put up this matter as fresh on 22.04.2025." 4. In compliance of the order of this Court dated 21.03.2025, Sri R.P. Tiwari, learned Standing Counsel has produced expert opinion report in a sealed cover, photocopy of which is taken on record. As per the expert opinion report, after re-checking the answer book of Pharmacology subject of petitioner in the Final Year of Annual System Examination-2024, the petitioner has secured 14 marks. 5. In such view of the fact, there cannot be any variation in the marks of petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with no order as to costs. 7. The original expert opinion report has been returned to Sri R.P. Tiwari, learned Standing Counsel.
