The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 22.05.2002 whereby he was repatriated from State Vigilance Bureau to District Cadre. 2. The writ petition was admitted in 2003 and there was no stay in favour of petitioner. He retired in 2016 on attaining the age of superannuation. 3. Mr. Suneel Ranga, DAG, Haryana submits that petition has rendered infructuous. 4. Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. 5. The petitioner is at liberty to move an appropriate application within three months from today, if cause survives. 6. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
