Civil Writ Petition No.18564/2017 whereby, the batch of identical writ petitions have been dismissed. Hence, under these circumstances, since the controversy involved in this petition has already been set [2025:RJ-JP:5068] (2 of 2) [CW-15172/2017] at rest and the identical petitions with the lead case of Ramesh Chand Sharma (supra), have already been dismissed, this Court finds no valid reasons to take a different view.
