Case No.168 of 2024 for the offence under sections 126(2) / 127(2) / 115(2) / 75 / 79 / 352 / 351(2)/351(3)/3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023. 3. The petitioner is accused of molesting the minor victim girl and video-graphed the same and threatening her that he will make her photograph viral. 4. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
