The case of the prosecution is that: On 25.6.2024 at about 5.00 pm, on receipt of credible information I regarding illegal possession and transportation of ganja, S.I of Police, G.K.Veedhi, along with staff reached Rinthada junction, G.K.Veedhi Mandal and found A2 to A4 in possession of 82.5 kgs of ganja. Police seized the same, arrested the accused and got remanded to judicial custody. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 5. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that major part of the investigation is completed except filing of charge sheet. 6.
