JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 5 23-07-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Case No. 890 of 2024, arising out of Dobhi P.S. Case No. 79 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201,34 of the IPC. 3. The petitioner is the wife of the deceased. She is alleged to have killed her husband along with her lover. She is in custody since 22.05.2024. 4. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner and submits that it has come during investigation that the deceased caught the accused having extra marital affair. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17622 of 2025(5) dt.23-07-2025 2/2 case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.
