JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER Learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for the respondents. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3. In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the order dated 19.12.2024 passed by respondent No.3 (Annexure- A) and order dated 31.10.2023 passed by respondent No.2 (Annexure-A1) inter-alia sought for a direction to respondent No.4 to issue grant certificate. 4. Having taken note of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:24703 WP No. 17142 of 2025 into consideration the fact that respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner has remanded the matter to the respondent No.3-Assistant Commissioner to re-consider the case of the parties on merits after conducting spot inspection and same is taken note of and this court is having limited jurisdiction under Article 226 of Constitution of India to interfere with the remand order made by the Appellate Authority to the original authority, I do not find any merit in the petition. 5. In that view of the matter, taking into consideration the factual aspects on record, I do not find any merit in the petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
