At the outset, learned State counsel has stated on instructions from SI Mukesh that in pursuance of the order passed by this Court on 21.02.2025, the petitioner has deposited his mobile phone with the Investigation Officer. He further submitted that the petitioner has already joined the investigation and he has fully cooperated with the investigation process and he is not required for custodial interrogation. 2. In view of the specific stand taken by the learned State counsel, the present petition is allowed. It is directed that in case in future the petitioner is required to join the investigation process, then he shall join the investigation and cooperate fully with the investigation process. In the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the Arresting/Investigating Officer on his furnishing bail bonds/sureties to his satisfaction, subject to the conditions as provided under Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023.
