It is further stated that, to curb and curtail the unlawful activities of the Petitioner in the vicinity, suspect sheet was opened against the Petitioner. Sri Yaswanth Gade, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit 3. that, no cases are pending against the petitioner. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is allowed and the impugned rowdy sheet no. 100 of 2015 on the file of 5'^ respondent Police Station, against the Petitioner is hereby set aside.
