A Division Bench of this Court, vide order dated 23.06.2008, had dismissed the appeal and had also imposed cost of Rs. 10,000/- to be paid by the appellant, but without specifying as to who would be paid the amount. Page No.# 2/2 In compliance of the order, a Bank Draft of Rs. 10,000/- was deposited by the appellant which, with the passage of time, expired. On the request of the Registry, the Bank Draft was revalidated, which is presently lying with the High Court Treasury. Since there is no stipulation in the order as to who shall be paid the amount of cost, the amount shall remain in the account of the Registrar General of the High Court.
