Prayer is allowed. Accordingly, both these Bail Applications are dismissed as withdrawn at this stage. B.A. No. 9920 of 2024 Heard the parties. The petitioner Sumit Paul has been made accused in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No.55 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 111(2)(ii)/ 317(2)/ 318(4)/ 319(2)/ 336(3)/ 338/ 340(2)/ 3(5) of the B. N. S., 2023 and Sections 66(B), (C), (D) of the I.T. -2- Act., pending in the court of Sri Santosh Kumar No.2, learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara. Petitioner is alleged to have been apprehended by Cyber Police Jamtara on the allegation that he was involved in cyber offence. Mr. Kaushal Kishor Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that nobody has turned up to claim that the petitioner has cheated anybody. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that there is no victim, as far as the petitioner is concerned. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner Sumit Paul, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner Sumit Paul, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Santosh Kumar No.2, learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara or his successor, in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S.
