ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a Writ Order or direction particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the Respondents in interfering into the property dispute which is of purely a civil nature and further not to harass the Petitioners and only to proceed in accordance with the procedure prescribed by law and to and pass …”
2. Heard Sri Challa Hruday Raj, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that the matter is of civil nature. They are not involving or insisting the petitioner to settle the issue in connection with the civil dispute. For ready reference, the relevant portion of the written instructions is extracted below:
“Under the above, it is further submitted that the 3rd respondent neither received any grievance about this matter nor he involve or insist to the petitioner to settle the issue in connection with the civil dispute. Moreover, this matter is completely out of the notice of the 3rd respondent.”

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
5. In the light of the instructions extracted supra, the petition is disposed of. No costs.
Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
