There is no representation for the petitioner.
2. The petitioner is challenging the appointment of the 4th respondent as an Anganwadi Worker. It is stated in the pleadings that the name of the 4th respondent does not figure in the selected list for the Second Anganwadi Center at Gedatiruvada Village, Jiyyammvalasa Mandal, Vizianagaram District.
3. The respondents, in their counter, submit that the 4th respondent secured the highest marks in the interview and fulfilled all the requirements. It is also submitted in the counter that the 1st respondent secured 19 marks in the interview, whereas the petitioner secured only 10 marks. The 4th respondent was issued the order of appointment by the selection committee.
4. Recording the submissions and after perusing the record, it is evident that the 4th respondent secured 19 marks in the interview and, as such, was issued the order of appointment. This Court finds no grounds to interfere with the impugned proceedings.
5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
