It is further submitted that due to inadvertence the case was not marked in his diary that’s why he could not appear before the Court on that day. 3. Learned counsel for the opposite parties has also no objection in the matter. 4. Therefore, this C.M.P. is allowed. 5. Order dated 21.09.2023 passed in S.A.
