Present contempt petition has been filed under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for willfully and intentionally disobeying the orders dated 22.01.2008 (Annexure P-1), 15.07.2009 (Annexure P-2) and 07.10.2009 (Annexure P-3), passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has fairly submitted that since the orders have been complied with, thus, the present contempt petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such. 3.
