It is further submitted that, after completion of investigation, the police found no evidence against the petitioner and, as such, sought permission to delete the petitioner from the array of accused. A protest petition was filed by the de facto complainant and, the learned Magistrate allowed the protest petition. The revision petition preferred by the petitioner was dismissed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Rajahmundry, East Godavari District. Aggrieved by the dismissal of the revision, the petitioner has filed the present Criminal Petition. 2. 3. This Court, while admitting the petition, dispensed with the presence of the petitioner in PRC No.29 of 2020 by an order dated 08.08.2022. 4. The Criminal petition is disposed off in terms of the interim orders granted on 08.08.2022. The presence of the petitioner in PRC No.29 of 2020, now on the file of jurisdictional Court, is HN,.I Crl.P.No.60092022 3 subject to the petitioner submitting an undertaking to the learned Sessions Judge to appear as and when directed for the purpose of trial.
