Jyotsna Rewal Dua , J Under a detailed interim order passed in this writ petition on 10.01.2025, respondent No.3 was directed to consider the candidature of the petitioner against general vacancy, if otherwise found eligible in accordance with law. 2. Respondent No.3 accordingly considered the candidature of the petitioner against the General Category (unreserved). On 27.03.2025, learned counsel for respondent No.3 was directed to produce result of the petitioner in a sealed cover. Petitioner’s result has accordingly been produced before the Court today in a sealed cover and shown to the Court. This result sheet 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? as prepared on 29.03.2025 under the signature of Section Officer Secrecy of respondent No.3-Commission, reflects that the marks obtained by the petitioner in Paper-II are less than the cut-off marks of Paper-II (General unreserved category). The result sheet has been handed back to learned counsel for respondent No.3 in a sealed cover. 3. Since the marks secured by the petitioner in Paper-II are less than the cut-off marks for the General category (unreserved), this writ petition is disposed of having become infructuous.
