This bail application has been filed by the petitioner namely, Abu Arham Page No.# 2/2 Ahmed @Arif Islam @ Biki under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, seeking bail in connection with Hajo P.S. Case No. 334/2025 under Section 87 of BNS, 2023. 3. The TCR, as called for, has been received. Perused the same. 4. It appears that the victim was 16 years 3 months at the time of the occurrence. However, it also appears to be a case of elopement pursuant to love affair. Charge-sheet has already been submitted in the case. The petitioner has been on interim bail since 25.09.2025 pursuant to orders passed by this Court. 5. Upon considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is not necessary to take the petitioner into custody for the purpose of the trial. 6. Hence, the prayer for bail is granted. 7. The order of interim bail dated 25.09.2025 passed in this case is hereby made absolute upon the same conditions. 8. The bail application stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
