issue of unauthorized construction on the third floor of the subject property. It is submitted that while taking action against the third floor of the property in question, action is also sought to be taken against the property of the petitioner, i.e., first and second floor of the aforesaid property. 4. However, it is submitted that the petitioners have not been supplied with any Show Cause Notice and action is sought to be taken against them. 5. Per contra, learned counsel appearing for the respondents-Municipal Corporation of Delhi (“MCD”), submits that in the other writ petition being W.P. (C) 7986/2025 filed on behalf of the petitioners, a Status Report has already been filed by the MCD. 6. He further submits that pursuant to the aforesaid writ petition, filed on behalf of the petitioners, property in question has been inspected.
It is submitted that there are deviations and unauthorized construction on the third floor of the property, against which requisite action has already been initiated. June, 2025. 7. He further submits that upon inspection, excess coverage and deviations were also found on the first and second floor of the property in question owned by the petitioners.
