Heard Sri B. Krishna Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that earlier, a crime has been registered on the complaint made by the petitioner dated 23.05.2025 in Crime No.135 of 2025 under Sections 329(4), 305(a) r/w 3(5) of BNS of Madanapalle Taluka P.S., against one Rammohan Reddy and 3 others. The petitioner has made another complaint on the very same allegations and that is why, the police have not registered the case. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 5. Recording the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to recourse their remedies before 4 appropriate forum. The police are directed to look into the grievance of the petitioner regarding their perspective and take appropriate steps according to law.
