The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that only the Investigating Officer is remained to be examined. Therefore, he prays that directions be issued for expeditious disposal of the trial. In support of this submission, reliance is placed on the Roznama/Daily Sheet dated 20.08.2025, wherein the matter is shown to be fixed for the cross-examination of the witness on 02.09.2025. 4. Considering the aforesaid aspect, it would be appropriate to direct the Trial Court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible 1 of 2 (( 2 )) 1016 BA NO. 1742 OF 2025 and in any case on or before 17.10.2025.
