It has been submitted that there is a change in the holder of the Office of the Principal Secretary, BTC, Bodofa Nwgwr, Kokrajhar, BTAD, Assam. The new incumbent in the post had been informed about the order passed by this Court through communication received by the new incumbent on 14.08.2024. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the order passed by this Court has not yet been implemented. Mr. M.K. Das, learned counsel appears on behalf of Mr. A.K. Bhuyan who represents the Contemnor No.1 submits that the Contemnor No.1 is no longer holding the Office. In view of the above, this impleadment application is allowed. The opposite party No.2 Shri. Akash Deep, IAS, Principal Secretary, Bodoland Territorial Council, Bodofa Nwgwr, Kokrajhar, BTAD, Assam is impleaded as the respondent No. 2 in the present Cont. Case (C) No. 563/2022.
