ALKA SARIN, J. (Oral)
1.
On 20.01.2026 the following order was passed :
“Learned counsel for the appellants states that the parties have compromised the matter before the Executing Court however payment is yet to be made. He seeks an adjournment to get his instructions. List on 06.02.2026. To be shown in the urgent list.”

Learned counsel for the appellants has stated that part payment has already been made as per the compromise and, hence, the present appeal has since been rendered infructuous.

In view thereof, the present appeal is dismissed as having rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
4.
Needless to say, that the appellants would always be at liberty to get the present appeal revived in case the compromise does not go through.
