Mishra, A.P.P. --- 03 / 25.03.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bagbera P.S. Case No. 103 of 2024 corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 62 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge (NDPS), Act, Jamshedpur. 3. On 26.07.2024, Bagbera Police apprehended the petitioner from Chaibasa Bus Stand. On search, 28.10 gm of brown sugar was recovered from his possession. 4. It was submitted that the seized contraband comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and this fact has been mentioned at paragraph-21 of this bail application. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (NDPS), Act, Jamshedpur in connection with Bagbera P.S.
