1. Heard rival submissions
2. The applications are for condonation of delay of only 21 and 23 days respectively in filing first appeals. The learned Counsel for the respondent No.3 Acquiring Body, despite appearance, remained absent. As such, considering short periods of delay, the applications allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and disposed of accordingly.
3. The appeals be registered after removal of office objections, if any.
