Though, respondent No.4 stands served, but has chosen not to come present and as such, he is ordered to be proceeded against ex-parte.

While placing on record communication dated 02.05.2025, issued under the signatures of Deputy Secretary (Revenue) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, states that impugned transfer
order has been cancelled and as such, present petition has been rendered infructuous.

Having perused aforesaid communication as well as copy of notification dated 28.4.2025, this Court finds that transfer order of Sh. Apoorv Sharma(petitioner herein) Tehsildar from Tehsil Office Shimla (Urban) District Shimla to the office of Tehsildar Recovery, Shimla vice Sh. H.L. Ghezta, re-engaged Tehsildar vice versa has been cancelled.

In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and accordingly same is disposed of as having rendered infructuous. Interim order, if any, is vacated. Pending applications stand disposed of.
