The present applicant “Praveen Kumar” is seeking bail in relation to FIR dated 01.09.2024 bearing Case Crime No. 700 of 2024, P.S. Kotwali Jwalapur, District Haridwar, which is lodged for the offence punishable under Sections 109, 310(2) and 311 of BNS, 2023. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was not present at the place of occurrence and there is no any such CCTV footages and there is no recovery and furthermore, only on the statement of the other co-accused the applicant has been implicated for the offence punishable under Section 61(2) of BNS, 2023. 5. Mr. V.S. Pal, learned A.G.A. submits that the allegations as alleged in the FIR are very serious in nature and the applicant was found to be indulged in the said crime on the statement of the co- accused. 6. I peruse the FIR. The allegation appears to be very serious in nature. Therefore, I do not find any merit in the present bail application. 7.
