As per the said report, investigation in this case has been completed. It has been found that offences punishable under Section 325 IPC stand established and charge sheet has to be filed before the competent court. 2. Having regard to the allegations contained in the FIR, the commission of cognizable offences was made out, therefore, FIR was registered and investigation in this case was conducted, statements of witnesses were recorded, and the offences under Section 325 IPC have been established. 3. In view of the above, this Court finds no merit in this petition. The investigation in this case does not reflect any abuse of the process of law, and the accused is to be tried before the Trial Court. 4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed being devoid of merit. The petitioner is directed to contest the case before the competent Court. 5. Interim direction shall stand vacated.
