It has been stated in the application that after the decision of the appeal by the learned First Appellate Court below on 18.10.2024, the proforma respondent, Uttam Chand, expired on 19.11.2024. Since proforma respondent No. 7 expired after the passing of the judgment and decree by the learned First Appellate Court, his legal heirs are required to be impleaded as proforma respondents in his place. Accordingly, notices were issued to the legal representatives of proforma respondent No. 7. Mr. Vidush Chauhan, Advocate, has put in appearance on behalf of the proposed legal heirs as respondents No. 7(a) to (d). The application is allowed.
