Muni Reddy Bala Prasad, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Advocate General, appearing for the respondents. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner contending that she is unable to meet her mother, as she is in the custody of the brother of the petitioner, who is the 6th respondent herein. 2 RRR,J & MRK,J W.P.No.441 of 2025 3. We have interacted with the alleged detenue. She has stated that she will be comfortable in the house of her son as well as her daughter. However, she expressed her desire to visit her daughter some time. 4. The 6th respondent has also stated that he has no objection that if his mother goes and stays with his sister or stays with him. 5. In the circumstances, we deem it appropriate to close this writ petition by recording the statement of the 6th respondent. For the purpose of future movement of the alleged detenue, it would be open to the petitioner to inform the 6th respondent about her intention to visit her mother or to take her mother to her residence. It may also be noted that it is the wish and desire of the alleged detenue which shall be the deciding factor as to where she will stay. 6. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
