The instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed, by the Petitioners/Accused, seeking quashment of the proceedings against them in S.C.No.497 of 2022, on the file of Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Narasaraopet. 2. Sri N.Ravi Prasad, learned counsel for the Petitioners, would submit that the relief prayed in this petition has become infructuous and the petition may be disposed of. 3. Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State is in attendance. 4. In that view, the Criminal Petition is dismissed since the relief has become infructuous.
