ROHIT KUMAR CHANDRA Digitally signed by ROHIT KUMAR CHANDRA 2 2 The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking following reliefs :- “10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the respondents to place all the records of the case for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/order/direction to the respondents to issue the work order in favour of the petitioner, who is otherwise eligible and has fulfilled all the tender conditions. 10.3 That, the Hon'ble Court be pleased to Direct the respondents to release the said work order in favour of the petitioner before 19.06.2025, in light of the newly invited tender, so that the petitioner is not arbitrarily excluded again. 10.4 That, the Hon'ble Court be pleased to Declare that the repeated re-tendering by the respondents is unreasonable, mala fide and results in wastage of public funds and causes harassment to the petitioner; 10.5 That, such other reliefs as the Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case may also be granted to the petitioner in the interest of justice.” 3 Mr. Mayank Chandrakar, learned counsel, appearing for respondents/CSPDCL submits that the respondents are ready to accept the offer of the petitioner and further they intend to issue work order in favour of the petitioner. 3 4 In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel, appearing for respondents/CSPDCL, the instant petition stands disposed of.
