Cr.MP(M) No. 2830 of 2024 For the reasons stated in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit of Additional Chief Secretary (Home) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, coupled with the fact that identical question of law is pending adjudication before this Court, we find sufficient cause to condone the delay of 255 days that has crept up in filing the appeal.
