ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to fix boundaries to the road in Sy. No.254/2, leading to the petitioner's land in Sy.No.257/A to an extent of Ac.1-21 cents, Sy.No.258/1 to an extent of Ac.0-60 cents, Sy.No.258/2A to an extent of Ac.0-74 cents and in Sy.No.262/1A to an extent of Ac.0.40 cents totaling to an extent of Ac.2-95 cents situated at Ramasagaram Revenue Village as per the endorsement dated 10.06.2025 issued by the 4th respondent. Be that as it may, the implead unofficial respondent herein filed
2. a Writ Petition in W.P. No. 14840 of 2025 to declare the action of the respondents in trying to dispossess the petitioner from her lands in an extent of Ac.0.41 cents in Sy.No.255-2, Ac.2.04 cents in Sy.No.255- 1C, Ac.0-63 cents in Sy.No.255-1B, Ac. 0.63 cents in Sy.No.255-1 A, Ac.0.05 cents in Sy. No.254-2, Ac.0.11 cents in Sy.No.254-3, Ac.0.04 cents in Sy.No.254-4 and Ac.0-63 cents in Sy.No.254-5 of Ramasagaram Village, Sydapuram Mandat, SPSR Nellore, under the guise of laying road to the land of the 6*^ respondent as illegal. arbitrary and malafide.
2 This Court vide order dated 20.06.2025, disposed of the Writ Petition No. 14840 of 2025 directing the 4^^ respondent/Mandal Surveyor, Sydapuram Mandal, Nellore District to conduct survey and demarcate the area by following the due procedure as outlined in Section 23 of the A.P. Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 (for short the Act) that any passage or Donka if it is notified or that is mentioned in the revenue record, the respondents are further directed that the
3. respondents shall follow due procedure of law. The petitioner counsel stated that the Survey Authority has conducted survey as directed by this Court but have not fixed the boundaries, it is suggested that the respondent-Survey Department
4. be directed to fix the boundaries which would be suffice. th Sri Kambhampati Ramesh Babu,
learned counsel for 5 respondent argues that the land is over grown with bushes and donka and it is impossible to conduct a survey at the place where the petitioner has requested to conduct survey. Therefore, the Survey Department has not performed survey as it was not feasible to do so. Consequently, the respondents counsel say the petitioner is not
5. entitled for relief. -The learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr. Divya Teja,
6. placed the proceeding dated 05.08.2025 addressed by the Tahsildar
3 to the Government Pleader for Revenue, High Court of Andhra Pradesh (part of record). As seen from the proceedings dated 05.08.2025, it indicates that the respondents have not conducted survey as directed by this Court in W.P. No. 14840 of 2025, the Respondents have only inspected the land duly issuing notice dated
10.06.2025.

Therefore, the Court directs Respondents / Competent Authority to issue notices to the effected parties and by following appropriate legal procedure complete the survey and fix the boundaries as directed by this Court in W.P. No.14840 of 2025, dated 20.06.2025, as expeditiously as possible, but not later than two months from the date of receipt of the order.
8. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be
order as to costs. no As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending if any shall stand closed.
